Ruralproducts.co.uk reserves the right at any time to revise prices, specification, colour and information on this site without notice.

The placing of a product on this site shall constitute an invitation to accept offers for the products and shall not be deemed an offer to sell the product.

All orders for products shall constitute offers to purchase and shall be subject to acceptance by ruralproducts.co.uk.

Ruralproducts.co.uk is entitled to refuse and / or cancel any order placed.

If the order is accepted, confirmation of acceptance of the order will be made by email telephone or letter.

The customer undertakes that all details provided to ruralproducts.co.uk for the purpose of purchasing products are correct, that the credit card the customer is using is their own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchase of the product.

Ruralproducts.co.uk will do its best to correct errors and omissions as soon as possible after notification.

Ruralproducts.co.uk will not be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages which may arise out of the use of this website or from the purchase of any products.  Liability for any claim against ruralproducts.co.uk for direct loss or damage shall not exceed the maximum value of the products purchased.  Claims should be notified to ruralproducts.co.uk as a matter of urgency or within 21 days of purchase, by email, telephone or in writing to Rural Products Long Paddock, Peppershells Lane, Compton Dando, Bristol, BS39 4LL. This does not affect or limit purchasers statutory rights.

Ruralproducts.co.uk will not be liable for Customer negligence, improper installation, vandalisation or unauthorised alteration or attachment to equipment other than our own.

Quoted delivery times apply to working days only.

Delivery costs are for England, Wales and Scotland Mainland delivery only. 

A signature may be required upon delivery.

All contracts and disputes arising from the use of this web site shall be governed by and settled according to English law.
