Placing your order

Placing your order is a simple process.. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy on the “Buy Now” button. After you have finished you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept cheque or credit card payments. For payments by credit card, the delivery address must be the same as the cardholder's address.

Cheques should be payable to "Rural Products". Despatch will only be made after funds are cleared.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are dispatched. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

Dimensions are provided as a guide only and are approximate.

Delivery costs

Our prices are fully inclusive of VAT. Delivery to Mainland UK addresses are shown, for offshore Islands and overseas orders please contact us and we may be able to quote for delivery.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver to you as soon as possible, normally within three weeks.

Delivery is to your kerbside where access is limited (i.e. vehicular access ) and you will be asked to sign for acceptance of your goods.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will advise you and back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT charges .

VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.

Credit Card Security

There has not been any recorded cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when your order is placed using powerful encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

Rural Products guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee and can be returned to us in their original packaging undamaged for a full refund within this period. Costs for postage and packing for the safe return are the responsibility of the sender.

The various items sold also come with factory guarantees which vary from product to product as stated in the catalogue. For all our timber products, the guarantees do not cover the splits, checks and cracks which can appear in timber. This is normal as timber gets wet and dries and is the normal rhythm of wood which does not affect the strength or integrity of the product.

ruralproducts.co.uk will not disclose information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your planned purchase once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses.
